The only white grape varietal in our estate vineyard is Sauvignon Blanc, grown over two acres. Our Sauvignon Blanc benefits from rich minerals and humid soil that transform the wine.
Grapes for our Rosé wine are hand harvested from the highest elevation rows of the Cabernet Franc and Syrah blocks. The blending ratio is slightly different every year to achieve the perfect balance of flavours.
Our Estate has two blocks of Syrah, a Northern and Southern block, both planted with two different Syrah clones. We focus on the right harvest timing to achieve a balanced wine that highlights our terroir best.
Our Grüner Veltliner comes from a vineyard north of Oliver, grown on predominantly sandy soil. This wine reminds us of our Slovakian roots, where Grüner grows in almost everyone's backyard.
Our Pinot is spontaneously fermented in controlled conditions without any additions and aged until Spring bottling in old French barrels. Bottled and made by the vintage. A young but serious Pinot Noir, releases in spring after harvest.
