Winemaker’s CUT is about point of view. Inspired by the idea of a director’s cut, our wines are shaped through careful decisions in the vineyard and cellar — from site selection to blending to final style.
Deadman Lake Vineyard south of Oliver is central to that vision, providing the foundation for many of our wines, while additional Okanagan vineyard sites bring further depth and range to the portfolio.
We work with quality fruit from our estate vineyard and trusted growers across the Okanagan Valley. This gives us the flexibility to match site to variety and vintage, while staying true to a style defined by purity, structure, and energy.
In the vineyard and in the cellar, every choice is deliberate.
Sustainable practices, minimal intervention, and restrained use of sulphur help preserve the integrity of the fruit and the identity of each wine.
Classical music has long been part of the rhythm at Winemaker’s CUT. It brings focus, pace, and a sense of balance to the work of growing and making wine.
That influence continues to shape our approach: composed, precise, and expressive.
