Introducing our new collection of sparkling wines. Each is distinct and unique, much like the opera characters after which they’re named. We made these to celebrate our unique Okanagan terroir and elevate any occasion.
Musette is the beautiful leading character in La Bohema, Puccini’s opera on the young bohemians of 1830s Paris. The beauty of this wine stems from its unique blend: Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, and Muscat. It shows a stunning nose of nectarine and lemon, with added complexity from Muscat’s aromatic floral tones. Soft and captivating, it’s perfectly balanced to enjoy alongside a late afternoon cheese plate.
Angelica is one of the principal characters of Il Trittico, Puccini’s collection of one-act operas that premiered in 1918. Angelica is gorgeous, charming, and well-loved – much like this sparkling rosé. Dominant varietal in this cuvée is Cabernet Franc, with some Gewurztraminer. It’s elegant and complex, with crisp wild strawberries and raspberries that are lifted by alluring orchard blossoms. It’s packed with fruit and impeccably balanced, with a refreshing, dry finish.
Fidelia is one of the main characters of Puccini’s opera Edgar. She is faithful, loyal, and filled with compassion and empathy. This sparkling Brut is like the almond tree branch that Fidelia extends to Edgar to brighten his day. Cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Muscat. It’s bursting with Okanagan orchard fruit, from pear to juicy peach, that’s accented by delicate white blossoms. Think of it as an Okanagan version of Prosecco: crisp, dry, and perfect as an aperitif.
Madama Butterfly – the nickname for Cio-Cio-San, one of the main characters in Puccini's opera of the same name. Cuvée of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Fresh, crisp, and elegant, this traditional method sparkling rosé boasts pure aromas of red berries, citrus, and apple, with a hint of toast. It's beautifully balanced wine in a classic dry Brut style.
