Classical Music

Music is part of the rhythm at Winemaker’s CUT. Classical music plays throughout Deadman Lake Vineyard and the cellar, shaping the atmosphere in which our wines are grown and made.

What began as a natural expression of our connection to the arts became part of our wider approach to the vineyard. Over time, we observed that vines nearest the speakers showed stronger growth, while fermentations in the cellar felt steadier and more consistent. Today, 13 speakers are positioned throughout Deadman Lake Vineyard to carry music across the site.

For us, music adds more than ambience. It brings focus, balance, and energy to the vineyard, the cellar, and the people who work in both. When you visit, you may hear Mozart or Bach in the background — a small but distinctive part of the Winemaker’s CUT experience.
